Jamie Hughes Hubbard has significant expertise in a wide variety of legal areas. As an experienced law clerk in federal courts around the country, she has authored hundreds of written opinions and advised federal judges in highly complex litigation cases from criminal, civil rights, commercial and environmental law, including a first of its kind environmental export case. Her clerking experience, coupled with her work in private practice at firms like Latham & Watkins, have honed her exceptional writing and research skills and provided her with a broad base of legal expertise.

After earning her law degree from Northwestern University in 2004, she clerked for Justice Robert Eastaugh in the Supreme Court of Alaska from 2004- 2005. She went on to clerk for four U.S. District Court Judges in four states between 2007 and 2015, including a coveted clerkship in Yosemite National Park.

Jamie joined Haddon, Morgan and Foreman in 2015 as an Associate. She is involved with the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, the Northwestern Law Alumni Club of Denver, and various veterans’ assistance programs.

Jamie is admitted to practice in Colorado, California and Illinois.
