With over 30 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts, Saskia Jordan has represented a wide range of individual and corporate clients in criminal trials, complex civil litigation and professional regulatory matters.

She represents clients facing a variety of legal challenges, including defendants charged with white collar crimes, SEC violations and sexual assaults; plaintiffs and defendants in civil fraud trials; and professionals in regulatory actions and civil trials. She has considerable experience in matters related to banking, oil and gas, real estate, and legal and medical professionals.

Professional organizations and peer groups frequently acknowledge Saskia’s accomplishments. She is a Fellow of the America College of Trial Lawyers, a Colorado and Corporate Counsel Super Lawyer, and recognized by Chambers USA as a Band 1 Notable Practitioner for White Collar Crime and Government Investigations.

Saskia readily shares her knowledge, skills and expertise by teaching and mentoring others in the legal profession and she is well known for her tenacity, principled representation, and thorough analysis and research.
